DelrIn Shift Bushing Installation Directions:
• Remove shift rod and old bushing.
• Degrease and clean shift rod. (If shift rod is rusty or rough to the touch, sand smooth so the rough
area will not diminish the life of the new bushing.)
• Install the new bushing with the slotted area facing up, and with the smaller diameter
portion facing the rear of the vehicle.
• When installing the bushing you will hear two snaps, this will ensure the bushing is
fully installed and flat against the shift rod hanger.
• After the bushing is properly installed, lubricate with graphite.
• Reinstall the shift rod back into the car and you are ready to enjoy the new bushing.
