Construction

Manufactured from forged aerospace-grade Ti6Al-4V titanium alloy, these lug nuts offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio while providing outstanding resistance to rust and corrosion.

Each lug nut begins as a hot-forged blank and is fully precision CNC machined. The threads are rolled rather than cut, producing a denser, stronger thread structure with improved toughness and fatigue resistance.

The 33mm design. Precision thread tolerances provide a secure, accurate fit on compatible wheel studs.

Installation

Use a properly fitting 19mm socket for installation and removal.

Tighten lug nuts evenly to the appropriate torque specification. Do not over-tighten or use excessive force, as this may damage the threads or lug nut.

  • TORQUE TO OEM SPECIFICATIONS: Always use a calibrated torque wrench. Tighten to your vehicle manufacturer’s recommended torque values.

  • ANTI-SEIZE REQUIRED: Apply a thin layer of high-quality anti-seize lubricant (e.g., copper or nickel-based) to the threads to prevent severe thread galling and seizing.

  • RE-TORQUE AFTER 50 MILES: Check and re-torque all lug nuts after the first 50 to 100 miles of driving, and after every track event.
