Shipping time frame is two weeks.
Return Policy
Customers who wish to return the item due to any reasons other than the item being defective, will need to proceed in the following steps.
1. Request shipping label to return the item (shipping cost will be quoted to customer prior to proceeding)
2. Once item is shipped and returned, item will be verified to see it is in the same condition as when shipped to customer. Please note item needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
3. Once item condition is verified, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the total order value amount.

The GRAY ‘nub’ on the bottom of the shifter is a ‘Porsche Bushing’ and needs to be kept on the shifter. This helps reduce the vibration feel. It use to be sold separately but is now included.
